IT Operation Analyst
Monitor and support the work flow, throughput, availability, and functionality of a large scale multi-platform data processing environment. Develop, Execute and Monitor batch jobs (production and test environments) on multi-platform system and differents programming languages (ksh, jcl, bat). .
Enterprise Technical Support Analyst
Technical support for different Corporates (Eni, INPS, ManPower etc) providing Tier2 client and server support. Problem solving with multiple operating systems and different devices (including desktops/laptops, phone systems) and complex technical equipment (servers, routers, switches, etc.). Strong customer service, organizational, prioritization, multitasking, communication, and technical skills. .
IT Technical Field Support
Provide direct user support for technical issues surrounding infrastructure hardware and deployments. Troubleshooting and recovery in a timely manner.
